Each year Illinois Secretary of State's Office invites students in grades K-12 to participate in a poster contest. The winning poster is sent to drivers' facilities, schools, hospitals and libraries across Illinois. Printing of the poster is paid for by transplant organizations, a representative of those organizations are invited to judge the posters and pick the winners.
